Quiet Moments

There was a period in my life when I felt like I was constantly rushing somewhere. I woke up, worked, scrolled, replied, planned, rushed again - but never arrived anywhere. Days were full, but I couldn’t remember a single one of them.

One morning I left my phone at home by accident. I noticed how quiet the world actually is when you’re not trying to catch up with everyone else. I walked slower. I looked around. I bought coffee and actually tasted it. I sat near a river and just stayed there without a reason.

Nothing extraordinary happened that day.
But I remembered what my life feels like when I’m actually in it.

Since then, I try to do at least one thing slowly every day - drink tea without distractions, look out the window, walk without headphones. I’m still busy. I still rush. But sometimes, even for a moment, I manage to return to myself.

And those moments are what keep me going.
